SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 2-4 business days to process orders. Weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.

 

Herbalana is not responsible for any mishandling, lost, stolen, damaged products once in the hands of shipping companies, USPS, UPS, FEDEX or any shipping servicers. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged please contact the shipping company to file a claim.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Products, information and services of Herbalana.org are rendered at the accountability of customers right to decide to utilize our products, information and/or services.

 

Thus, we do not offer refunds under any conditions for our HERBALANA products with respects to the intimate usage, perishable quality or personal nature of our products, information and services by Brelana Newsome of Herbalana.

 

All sales are final, nonrefundable nonreturnable.

 

Clients or customers of products, information or services may not hold Brelana of Herbalana accountable for any purchases, usage of products, information or services, or the adverse state of the individual clients, customer or purchasers thereafter usage, purchases or received services offered through Herbalana.org HERBALANA.

 

Exceptions to the above policy includes the following:

 

If Herbalana.org customer receives wrong item or missing an item; the customer may contact us at support@herbalana.org or 317-449-9202 for an exchange by which we will provide a free shipping label or replacement of any missing items.
